Payment Policy:

In order to secure your reservation, a deposit of 1/3 of the total rental cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit, along with this signed contract, serves as a confirmation that your selected rental items will be reserved exclusively for your event. Once both the deposit and signed contract are received, your items will be set aside and committed for your scheduled date, ensuring availability.

 

Note: If your event is canceled due to weather conditions, such as rain or high winds, your deposit will be fully refunded. Additionally, if you cancel your reservation at least 14 days prior to your scheduled event, the deposit will also be refunded in full.

 

Full payment is due upon delivery of equipment or on arrival of RBPR employees. We

accept Credit Cards, Check, Vemno or Cash. Please note that if paid by credit card, a

3.5% convenience fee will be applied.

 

Tent and all related rental items:

Customer is responsible for marking any sprinkler, pool, utility lines present on site. RBPR is not responsible for any damage due to tent installation

 

No flames are allowed near or under the tent (this includes candles, torches, firepits, etc.). If

there’s any damage caused by flames, you will be charged for repairs.

Customer is responsible for any equipment damaged during the time of the rental.

​

RBPR has the right to cancel at its own discretion at any time due to inclement weather including after the delivery.

Delivery Policy:

​

Delivery of all items: RBPR can cancel any reservation if customer is not available for delivery at previously scheduled time/date.

Due to insurance restrictions, we cannot deliver into any homes. All deliveries will be made to garage or outside of the house.

After all items are delivered and full payment is received, refunds will no longer be granted.

Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions.

Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions:

By accepting delivery of rented items, customer agrees to all terms and conditions shown on this rental contract. Customer acknowledges that he/she has received all rented items listed in the contract.

 

The customer assumes full responsibility for all rented items, including their safe and proper use, operation, maintenance, and timely return to Raritan Bay Party Rentals. The customer is also responsible for any loss, damage, or required repairs.

 

This rental contract constitutes an agreement between the customer and Raritan Bay Party Rentals. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Raritan Bay Party Rentals from any claims arising from the use or misuse of rental items, including claims made by third parties for loss, injury, or damage to persons or property resulting from the customer's negligence or operation of the rented items, including any legal costs incurred in defending such claims.

 

The customer acknowledges the possibility of injury and agrees to provide adult

supervision at all times in accordance with the safety rules provided prior to the event, whether written or verbal.
